  • Only products purchased directly from esla-store.com qualify for our exchange and refund policy.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Intimate apparel, jewelry, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Return Timeframes

  • 14-day window for standard exchanges and refunds from the date of delivery.
  • 30-day protection for items that prove to be defective in material or workmanship.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Financial Terms

  • ESLA will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective Items

For defective items:

  • ESLA will cover return shipping for defective merchandise.
