Return and exchange policy

ESLA accepts exchanges and refunds within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Exchange & Return Portal using your order number.

Returned items are inspected upon receipt, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, appearing in accounts within 5–7 business days depending on the bank.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard returns, while ESLA covers shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Defective items are covered for 30 days, require photo proof, qualify for free return shipping, and are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or full refund including original shipping costs.
